Q:WE WOULD LIKE TO RENT AN ITEM FROM COUNTRY WOOD CELLAR, HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
A: You can give us a call at (516) 578-5630 or send us an email of the items you would like to rent with the date and location & we will get right back to you with a quote & availability.

Q: I AM READY TO MAKE A RESERVATION. HOW DO I GO ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER?
A: When you are ready to place your order, call our office at (516) 578-5630. We will go over availability,  pricing and delivery instructions. We will also address any questions or concerns you may have at that time. Reservations require a 25% deposit and a credit card to have on file.

Q: What form(s) of payment do you take?
A: At this time, we accept credit card, checks, cash and money orders.

Q: When is my remaining balance due?
A: 30 days prior to the date of your event. 

Q: WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
A: With the exception of a custom made item, you may cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to delivery. Within 30 days 25% deposit is non refundable.  Within one business day of the delivery date, cancellations will be charged at full price. Custom made-related items require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER & WHAT IS THE CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
A: Yes we deliver, setup & pickup the rental item. Events outside of Otsego County do have a delivery fee starting at $50 based on distance from our location. 

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM WE RENTED GETS DAMAGED WHILE IT IS IN OUR POSSESSION?
A: Equipment must be protected from theft and weather-related damage while in your possession! Cost of items damaged  will be charged the replacement cost of the damaged or missing items.

Security of the rental equipment is your responsibility!
